Changes are Coming

There is so much going on in the world right now. Wherever you are, physically, emotionally and mentally, I hope you are safe and happy.

So yes… I have been on a bit of a hiatus.

The past few years have had so many challenges. And each of these challenges have been a chance for growth.

They should be embraced, no matter the discomfort they may cause.

The quicker you embrace,
the quicker you learn,
and the quicker you can move on to the next lesson life has in store.

And that is just one of the lessons I have learned in the past few years.

Another lesson I have learned…

Life is a series of distractions.

These distractions pull us from what is truly important. Instead of gaining emotional growth, we get pulled into the dramatic abyss of life around us.

The gossip.
The politics.
The need to feed our egos.

I know that I can get sidetracked sooooo easily, mostly in pursuit of my ego, and my unobtainable quest to save the world and everyone in it.

So it’s time to drop the “Cathy”
And the “Rant”

So I have decided to rename “CathyRant” to…

“The Undistracted Mind”

You will see some subtle changes in the coming weeks…

A new logo (preview below)
A new domain name (cathyh14.sg-host.com)
A more focused direction (though I may stray due to my being human)
